gunning 4 fitness in my 40’s

I have signed up to do the G4FIT Consistency Challenge next week Monday, Sept 12th – Sunday, Sept 18th. Make sure to join this challenge with me.  I have decided to try her HOME Challenge and she offers both HOME and GYM Challenges.  The HOME Challenge requires you to purchase equipment if you do not already have what you need to complete her Consistency Challenge.  This Challenge will be lead by Mitzi and Jessica utilizing the G4FIT App.

Weight has become an issue for me since my 40’s and the things I did in my 20’s and 30’s just don’t work for me anymore.  I have been trying different things, but I haven’t had any luck shedding the weight and some of the things I have tried have lead to more weight gain.  I plan to post my before and after shots of this challenge on a Post G4FIT Consistency Challenge Post.  In the HOME Challenge the following equipment is recommended: dumbbells, a long red resistance band, door anchor and a bench. Here is the link to the instructors Amazon store where you can find her Starter Essentials category CLICK HERE.  I love that Jessica is already making suggestions to lower the cost of the Challenge such as closing the band in a door frame to secure it instead of the door anchor and using a chair, coffee table or the ground if you do not have a workout bench.  How awesome is that!!
