The best time to cleanse is when you are feeling bloated, sluggish, unmotivated or unable to keep up with your diet. It can also be beneficial if you are looking for ways to supplement your healthy routine. Cleansing requires will power, mental prep, determination and the ability to follow through but it is all worth it in the end. Upon completion, you should feel a sense of lightness, accompanied by glowing skin, better sleep and mental clarity!
Let me tell you about my time with the one day cleanse. It actually was pretty great. I know when people think cleanse, they think ewww it tastes gross and going to the bathroom a lot. It was actually the total opposite. I had no trouble drinking the 8 cleanses throughout the day. I am pretty sensitive to textures so I was nervous about that, but it was not bad at all. The last one of the day was the only one that I wanted to get over with. It has a bit of texture due to the blueberries.
I was glad I was able to make it through the day with my stomach only growling one time. YAY! The next day I was pleasantly surprised that I was less bloated and not hungry. I felt amazing and was excited about my jump start for the week to eat good. I was also able to drop 2 lbs that day too.
