Quesadillas
Kids love pizza and this healthy snack looks like pizza. Grate some cheese, slice pre-cooked chicken into small pieces, shred the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes. Put the tortilla on a heated skillet and add the ingredients on top. Fold the tortilla into two and cook the other side. Remove from the skillet and cut into pizza-like slices.
