hello fresh :: triple mushroom truffle gnocchi

I really enjoyed my meals from Hello Fresh especially their Triple Mushroom Truffle Gnocchi with Garlicky Panko & Parmesan.  This meal from Hello Fresh is a combination of button mushrooms, mushroom stock concentrate, and truffle zest makes this dish an umami explosion.  I love that Hello Fresh includes step-by-step instructions with photographs so you can see that you are doing each step correctly.  By having these recipes to refer it allows you an opportunity for your children to help you in the kitchen too.

My daughter and I have a unique taste for unusual foods, but we don’t always know how to prepare them.  This is a great way to enjoy the food you love, but otherwise wouldn’t know where to begin when preparing a meal like this.  Hello Fresh makes it easy for everyone to prepare unique meals.

I am always trying to get my children to help me in the kitchen to teach them to cook simple meals.  Hello Fresh makes it easy for them to follow the instructions for each recipe.  When they leave our home I want them to know how to prepare simple meals to feed themselves instead of eating out all the time.  It’s great to be able to order healthy meals and have recipes with pictures to refer to when cooking.

My daughter and I loved all three meals:Lobster-filled Ravioli & Shrimp in a tomato creamy sauce; Triple Mushroom Truffle Gnocchi with garlicky panko & parmesan; and Blackened Shrimp & Kale Salad with roasted sweet potato, cilantro lime vinaigrette & tropical creama.  You can read more about the meals we received from Hello Fresh and our experience here.

Everything you need is included in the meals from Hello Fresh so you can’t go wrong from ordering.  This was a wonderful treat and I didn’t have to worry about thinking about what I was having for dinner.  All three of the meals were delicious and would definitely order from them again.  #HelloFreshPics
