I can’t speak for your local JCPenney store, but I called 2 days ago and we were able to get an appointment for our FREE haircuts today. This deal runs til the end of August.

Annabelle was too young, but since her haircut included literally 3 snips we just threw her in the chair real fast. I think it helped that this is my hair dresser too. I was thinking about writing the company and asking if they would consider “free haircuts” in September for toddlers. They should start their client base young. Good business!

I think this is a great offer from JCP to build some new clients! But it is only for K- 6th grade where we live… so our little guy was a little young (pre-schoolers need haircuts too!).
