I’m still in shock that in a few months, baby #4 will be joining our family! That is simultaneously exciting and slightly terrifying! It has been over four years since we have been in the newborn stage. As excited as I am for those sweet newborn snuggles, I know our get-up-and-go lifestyle is about to be challenged. We are a homeschool family and have kiddos ages 8, 5, and 4 in our house… a lot of energy running around! Sometimes we just need to take a spontaneous trip out of our four walls! That’s why I’m already planning for getting out of the house with ease with this little one.
Recently, Gia from Dwelling Place, contacted us about their back seat mirror. I have to say that I was really excited to try out their mirror. A headrest mirror is always at the top of my must have baby gear items. I’m the mom who obsessively checks her baby’s breathing, and pulls the car over multiple times just to make sure the tiny bundle in the back seat is okay. The mirror from Dwelling Place has two adjustable straps that crisscross and buckle behind the headrest. I installed the mirror in my vehicle and was surprised at how well the mirror stayed in place. In the past, I have used other headrest mirrors, but for some reason, when I tried to adjust them, they would loosen to the point of even falling off into the baby’s lap! The Dwelling Place mirror fits quite snug, and I have confidence that it won’t ever loosen and come crashing down on my baby.
Another thing other mirrors seemed to lack, was the ability to adjust their positioning. Dwelling Place has come up with a fabulous solution to this issue by creating their mirror with a pivot point. You can adjust the mirror any direction you choose! This was huge for me! This mirror will work well with a newborn car seat, as well as with a rear facing convertible car seat. We will definitely be using it on our traveling adventures over the next couple of years. Dwelling Place has done a fantastic job with designing this headrest mirror. If you are expecting a baby or have a little one in a rear facing car seat, I highly recommend ordering one of these mirrors!
A SIMPLE COUPON!
