logo Here in Michigan, it feels like winter lasts about 9 months of the year. That’s because here in Michigan, winter lasts about 9 months of the year. Seriously, though, the long winter (specifically THIS long winter) has really taken its toll not only on my skin, but on the naturally soft skin of my sweet babies. Even now that the weather has {slowly} started to turn to spring, my hands still have the look of a much older woman. Now I am no spring chicken (I do have three kids, after all….) but I still want my skin to look young and fresh. That’s why Exederm is my new best friend. Its super sensitive formula is perfect for all skin types and instantly hydrates and softens the driest skin. I can personally attest to this.

See, I have always been a bit of a germaphobe….mostly when dealing with raw meats and cleaning-related chemicals (hmmm, cooking and cleaning. Weird…). So while making a delicious chicken dinner and/or scouring the house with Clorox wipes (sometimes they are a simultaneous occurrence), I wash my hands roughly 400 times. Give or take. So for the past month or so, anytime I notice that white, flaky skin, I pull out the Exederm and shazam! Instant soft skin. For real. I have tried most of the skin care products out there for REALLY dry skin….Aquaphor, Vaseline, even Cetaphil. None of them holds a candle to Exederm. It is like a magic potion for skin.180346_178377462204069_6724525_n

The best part about Exederm is that it is truly family friendly. Almost all of their products can be used on humans of any size, big or small (the one exception is the Flare Control Cream, which they only recommend for ages 2 and up). We have been using the Hydrating Baby Lotion and the Intensive Baby Moisturizer (not just for babies, I am here to tell you!). My two older kids both have very dry skin…. the kind that comes from playing outside in the snow and ice. This kind of dryness makes their skin almost brittle to the touch. We have tried lots of products that only made their dry skin feel more irritated once it was applied, so at first they were quite leery. But after a few uses, they realized that it was different from the other lotions and creams we had used before. Here is the difference: it has no fragrance, no dyes, no paragons, no gluten, no lanolin, no propylene glycol, & no phthalates. Its award winning formula has been accepted by the National Eczema Association and scored a “maximum 5/5 from the review panel.” No matter whose skin you need it for or what time of year, Exederm is the best product out there to treat that year-round dryness. Try it out for yourself and you will be a believer too!

Although I live in Alabama, where the weather in the winter is typically mild, this has been an extremely brutal winter, and it has taken a toll on my skin. I have never heard of exederm but it sounds wonderful – just what I need!

My grandsons really need to try this brand. They have extremely sensitive skin and I think they would benefit from the lotion especially.

If I’m not mistaken it is this product my daughter uses for the kids and has since my first grandson. They too are in the Michigan weather and can relate to what you’re saying
