Winter is in full swing it seems and the cold and snow are here to stay! We had our white Christmas this year with snow on the ground from a couple days ago! I loved being inside with our family looking out and seeing white on the ground. This time of year is always exciting with Christmas and New Years and sledding and snowmen! I can’t say I actually love the cold itself, but I do love the cute accessories to keep me warm!
My new favorite is this beautiful blanket scarf from Heart and Home Collection in pastel play colors. I often wear it even at home when our house seems a little drafty or when the heat just can’t quite keep up with the single digit weather!
I have found a couple different ways to wear it that I just love! One is the traditional full blanket scarf style just draped around. This gives a little fuller look and definitely adds some warmth!
I also love tying it up a little tighter for a smaller look with still the same amount of warmth! Winter seems long here and we may still have snow in March….or April…or hopefully not May! I will enjoy the things that winter brings even if I don’t love the cold. We will head out to build snowmen and make snow angels. We will take a couple chances to go sledding and maybe even skiing. We will enjoy hot chocolate and coffee inside our warm home. And I will definitely enjoy the styles like this beautiful blanket scarf!
