I’ve been chipping away at some stubborn weight. After I had my youngest almost 6 years ago, I never lost the last 15 pounds of baby weight. This past fall all 3 kids went off to school. For the first time in 11 years I had a little bit of time for myself. I set to work on improving my health. Turns out those chicken nuggets and bites of macaroni and cheese off the kid’s plates did add up.
I was very good at losing and gaining the same 3-5 pounds for half a decade. That’s my dramatic way of saying 6 years. I needed something to change. I had success with WW in the past so I rejoined in October. By January, all my extra Charlie pounds were gone and I can’t say enough about how much I adore the new and improved WW program. I see pictures from a year ago and even my face is thinner. Part of my success is a delicious line of sauces that I’ve been adding to my healthier recipes.
Kumana Avocado Sauce comes in 3 flavors and they are all good! I think if I had to choose, the BE MANGO is my favorite. These sauces are a mere 10 calories per tablespoon. There’s no sugar added. If you follow the WW program, they are O smart points! ZERO! It’s one of a kind being a shelf-stable avocado sauce.
The Kumana sauces are a zippy flavor of avocado, cilantro, and spices. It adds to so many of our meals. Here are a few ways we’ve been using our Kumana Sauces:
- topping on an omelet or scrambled eggs – think breakfast!
- jazzes up our white chicken chili
- compliments all grilled food
- great on a baked piece of chicken
- TACO TUESDAY
- baked potatoes
- sandwiches
They describe the sauce so much better then I do. It’s fantastic.
Crafted from real, creamy avocados, fresh onion & bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, and just a splash of white vinegar – Kumana works on pretty much everything you love to eat.
I would encourage you to see what local retailers carry this sauce. Click the SHOP tab to find retailers. You can find it on Amazon too! (affiliate link)
It’s going to be a staple in our fridge from now on. I’m not good at having fresh avocado or cilantro on hand. Now we always have those desired flavors in our home at all times thanks to Kumana.
