Psst…did you hear? Valentine’s Day is this week! Are your grandeur plans set in stone yet? Or are your plans more fly by the seat of your pants? I’m typically the latter when it comes to Valentine’s Day. We don’t make a big deal out of it normally, but this year we celebrated early and had a family fun night. We mixed it up from the norm and had a blast!
We had a yummy dinner that I threw together, one of the girls’ favorites. Following dinner, we showed the girls the movie we rented. A great movie, one that not one of us have seen yet. Then we surprised them with DESSERT. Not just any dessert….a trip to our local Cold Stone Creamery! In to the car we went!
When I think Cold Stone, I think ice cream…the way I want it. We went in and each of us picked out our flavor – and all the mix ins we could muster. Upon checking out, we walked by their freezer. Oh my goodness…the freezer. My girls were drooling with excitement! My Adalynn has her birthday cake picked out already. I mean…take a look at this…are YOU drooling now?
