Who doesn’t love LeapFrog? I mean, seriously! We have a handful of products from LeapFrog and my girls love each and every one of them.
I was pumped to hear about LeapFrog’s Summer Camp! It is an online program for all of our little ones! My Lili has a few things she does on the computer that is directly related to her Kindergarten class, but that will end here next week when she graduates. (Side note…ahhh! How did my baby JUST graduate Kindergarten?!?!)
Anyways, back on task. LeapFrog’s Summer camp is:
“a free, awesome, 8-week program designed to keep learning FUN all summer long! This “Camp” offers engaging weekly themes and exciting learning activities that explore geography, writing, science, art, and all kinds of extra cool stuff. LeapFrog Summer Camp is ideal for kids ages 4-7.”
What I’m incredibly excited about…Lili has learned SO much this year at school, I want her to continue to be excited about learning. There are many options of educational thingsn to do online, however not many of them and tried and true tested. I know that beyond a shadow of a doubt a ton of research has gone in to LeapFrog’s Summer Camp. This is something I can wholeheartedly know that Lili will learn from and have fun doing so!
Check out this schedule:
- Week 1: June 4-10 Out & About—Learn about the people and places in our world on your way to becoming a global citizen.
- Week 2: June 11-17 Caring for Animals—Experience animals in new ways and explore themes of responsibility and compassion.
- Week 3: June 18-24 Puzzle Time—Build logic and reasoning skills as you puzzle your way through brain-bending activities!
- Week 4: June 25-July 1 Art & Music—Let your creativity run wild as you experiment with a range of media, including handmade instruments, crafts and a home art gallery!
- Week 5: July 2-8 Writing That’s Real—Explore fascinating nonfiction topics and try your hand at investigative writing.
- Week 6: July 9-15 Storytelling—Bring your ideas to life through storytelling, music, art, drama and pretend play!
- Week 7: July 16-22 Science Adventures—Observe, ask questions and draw conclusions as you explore and investigate the world around you.
- Week 8: July 23-29 Friendship Week—Get ready for school and International Friendship Day by exploring what it means to be friends.
Did I get your attention yet? Sounds pretty great and SPOT ON for the time of year we are all experiencing…as in our kiddos are getting done with school. Their “entertainment” is now all at home instead of the classroom with classmates and a teacher. I for one just love this idea! During summer my Lili can still be learning AND having fun! Win-Win!
When you go to the sign up page, you will see these things, but I wanted to share them here to to pursuade you even more than I already have 🙂
- Enter weekly contest for books and games worth $50, plus enter for a chance to win a grand prize worth $500!

The “camp” is educational, fun and an all around learning experience for Lili. And Adalynn loves watching over her shoulder too!
