We were told about this shop from a dear friend Caroline and today I have some great tips an clothing options from Bianca, the owner of Little Bean. Enjoy!
Here at Little Bean we are inspired by Wes Anderson’s new film, “Moonrise Kingdom” and this fall we are in love with (slash obsessed by) all things Boho Chic, Preppy Northeastern, and all things Native American inspired!
This shaggy white boho vest is the perfect addition to your little one’s indian summer or back to school wardrobe, like all chic bohemian hipsters it should just be thrown on and worn carefree.
A feather printed dress by Anthem of the Ants can be dressed up or down. We are loving the dress shown with ballet slippers and navy tights but would also love it with a little Northeast preppy touch a la tall navy socks and saddle shoes.
Vest by Peas and Queues, available at Little Bean Shop in late August.
Joah Love is one of our favorite brands as it is made of the softest cotton, designed and made in the US. This outfit has us praying for Fall – a soft cozy grey tunic with a delicate red heart balanced with leggings with built in Indian inspired leg warmers. This has just the right balance of ethnic boho in an athletic preppy sweatshirt material.
For the little guys this Fall it’s more of a preppy hipster vibe, collared shirts buttoned up top and hoodies. We love Peas and Queues take on casual cool and think your little guy will too.
This printed peter pan collared sweatshirt is exactly what we are talking about with preppy meeting boho chic. The collar is the right amount of sweet but in a Bauhaus print! Paired with a sweetheart baby pink cord your little one is the definition of on trend but still your little papoose. Shirt and Pant by Anthem of the Ants.Nothing screams preppy quite like Navy and Stars but this two piece set has the it factor for your little bean with a built in long sleeve shirt and long john styled pants. Cotton Organic two piece set by Joah Love.
