If you have little girls at home. you probably have makeup compacts, lip gloss, cheapo makeup from the local dollar store, and on and on, scattered throughout your house. I’ll admit it. I have made these magically “disappear” because I was so sick of seeing them or accidentally knocking them off the table only to have them shatter once hitting the ground making makeup spill everywhere. Ugh.

I have found the BEST solution! It’s from a cute etsy shop – Little Cosmetics! I gave this to Lili and ever since she received it, she has been playing with it daily. Mike even got a little applied for Father’s Day! 😉

Here is what I absolutely love about this stuff. There is zero possibility for a mess. AND endless hours of play! This is pretend makeup that looks like the real deal.  However this stuff doesn’t actually get applied to the skin of little ones – nothing shows up.  At first I thought Lili would be disappointed. That hasn’t been the case one though!  She just loves being able to play with it on her own terms.  With the other play makeup that she has, it has always been on my terms (you know, when I can clean it up, once I have time to wash it off her, etc.)
