Yikes! I don’t even know where the past 5 years have gone! And here I am registering my baby for Kindergarten and getting him all excited to go!
Of course he has a million questions about what Kindergarten will be like. Some days he’s excited and cannot wait. Other days he’s nervous about the unknown.
How do you get your kids ready for that jump into school?
In the newest release in the “Monster & Me” series, Monster Needs To Go To School, author Paul Czajak and illustrator Wendy Grieb take us on the adventure as Monster discovers what it is like to go to school for the first time.
Of course he is full of jitters and even comes up with some excuses as to why he doesn’t need to go to school (yup, been there) but eventually he decides to give it a shot.
After a bit, he discovers that school is fun and even makes some new friends. Of course, in true Monster fashion, he also helps some of the other kids understand what it means to be a friend and that bullying has no place in their school.
We already absolutely adore the other “Monster & Me” books (read more about those here and here) and Monster Needs To Go To School is a great addition to the series! A delightful story filled with engaging illustrations that kids will love over and over again.
If you have a little one who is starting school this coming fall, be sure to check out Monster Needs To Go To School when it releases this summer. For more information on the Monster & Me books and upcoming releases, be sure to check out MightyMediaPress.com/Monster.
Now, time to figure out how to get my daughter ready for the transition to middle school….double yikes!
