magical play with disney fairies and jakks pacific :: review

Has The Secret of the Wings been on your mind lately since the release of the movie?  Geesh, over here it’s a daily discussion! And to add to the fun, the girls have some fun Disney Fairies Secret of the Wings toys from JAKKS Pacific to share with you!

Tinker Bell, everyone’s favorite Disney Fairies character is back this October, in Disney Fairies newest movie, Secret of the Wings! Inspired by the movie, JAKKS Pacific has developed a magical line of dolls, dress up and role play items that truly brings the movie to life.

In Tink’s latest adventure, she visits the forbidden and mysterious Winter Woods where her wings begin to magically sparkle. It’s only after she meets Periwinkle, a beautiful Frost Fairy, that she uncovers the truth behind the glow…they are long lost twin sisters! Expected to hit store shelves timed to the release of the new movie, girls can relive their favorite movie moments (and create their own) with the full product line from JAKKS Pacific.

The girls received three toys to check out.  All of which are given two thumbs up by Lili and Adalynn.  I as well give them all two thumbs up because after many uses, the toys are still together and not falling apart!  Awesome!  Isn’t that the pits when you spend your money on items, and after a few uses they break or fall apart.  Not here.

These little wings light up when you press the center button.  And not just one color – but six!

The Tink & Periwinkle Light Up Surprise is kinda fun too.  My Adalynn has it on her dresser and almost every time she walks by, she is making them “talk” (they don’t really talk but that’s what she says). Put the wings together and just like in the movie, they light up!  This one is super fun for my 3 year old, Adalynn.

Last, the 9″ doll is just gorgeous.  The girls both have quite fun with her!!  And there are more characters than shown here.  Can I say GREAT Christmas present collection idea?!?!
