Focus, Transform, Make Your Move with P.volve! I have been keeping in shape this summer with P.volve when I can find the time, and I hope to get into more of a routine now that we are getting settled into our new schedules. With all of at the craziness this year I got out of the habit of working out daily. That’s what I love most about P.volve it is low impact and I can start over anytime life gets in the way. This is a NEW YEAR for all of us and it will be what we make of it.

At this point in my life I am not looking to get large muscles, but instead long lean muscles that are more flattering on a middle-aged woman.
This is my go-to workout equipment that I cannot go without. The p.ball is my absolute favorite piece of equipment to help tone those buns! This is especially important when you reach those middle years. Now that we have established a schedule I will be able to get back into my P.volve groove!
