We like to incorporate this monkey bread recipe into most of our holidays. It’s a Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July tradition. It’s so gooey and perfectly sweet that it doesn’t even need butter or cream cheese frosting. You will need to assemble it the night before so it can rise. When you rise the next day, you will shine with your family when they get a bite of this monkey bread.
- 24 frozen dinner rolls
- 1 package butterscotch pudding (NOT INSTANT)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Nuts (optional)
- Mix together pudding mix, cinnamon, and sugar. Spray a bundt pan and layer with 12 dinner rolls. Sprinkle ½ of sugar mixture over top. Layer with remainder of rolls and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Melt stick of butter and pour over the top.
- Let rise in oven overnight.
- Remove from oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Flip onto a plate (with edges because it's gooey) and ENJOY!
