I don’t know about you, but I must have music if I’ll be working out. I get bored out of my mind (as you learned in THIS POST). When I’m not doing one of the things discussed in that post, it’s strictly music. I love to work out to the beat of the music, so having the perfect tune that I can pair with the perfect cadence is necessary! Now, I have to let you know. On a daily basis, I typically listen to fairly mellow music, stuff that I can have on in the back ground and not worry about little ears hearing it. For working out, I step it up a bit. While I always purchase NON-explicit songs, there are versions of these songs that are definitely explicit LOL! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. 🙂 Once I messed up and bought an explicit song. My husband was listening to my playlist while working out and started laughing hysterically when telling me the story. I accidentally bought Adam Levin’s *explicit* song…and dear oh dear, it’s one explicit song LOL! he was so thrown off by that that he was still laughing by the time he was done working out.
Anyways…back to the point of this post! I’ll share the music so you can get it yourself. What you do with it is up to you! I hope you use it for your latest treadmill, elliptical or other workout!
