natural cold and sinus relief from kneipp :: review

imageAchoo! Welcome to cold & flu season, one of the favorite times of the year for parents across the country. (Can you sense my heavy dose of sarcasm here?)

imageWhen cold and flu are threatening at my house I try to go the natural route for my family. Lately I’ve been seeing more and more about the benefits of essential oils and when the opportunity to check out Kneipp and their natural line of products came up I was very excited!

A couple weeks back we had our first cold of the season try to come for a visit. With kids being regularly exposed to other kids it was only a matter of time before this happened and I was prepared. This year we have our very own bottle of Kneipp Cold & Sinus Relief Bath: Eucalyptus.

Unlike some bath products you buy where you get a single bath or a handful of baths from one bottle, the Kneipp Cold & Sinus Relief Bath: Eucalyptus gets you multiple treatment baths or foot soaks depending on the bottle size. The 3.38 fl. oz bottle has 8-10 baths and the 6.76 fl. oz bottle contains 18-20 baths!

Depending on if you’re feeling a cold coming or in the midst of fighting one out Kneipp has some great tips on their website for how to best use the Cold & Sinus Relieve Bath: Eucalyptus. They also have a complete listing of ingredients right on their site where it is easy to find.

While looking through Kneipp’s website you can also see info for all the other great Herbal Baths they offer. They also have Aromatherapy products, Mineral Bath Salts, Body Washes, Lotions and Creams, and many other products.

Kneipp Cold & Sinus Relief Bath: Eucalyptus :: $20.00 for a 3.38 oz. bottle; $32.00 for a 6.76 fl. oz bottle

I have been trying essential oils for a month. My husband and I also try to go the natural way first, we may try the kneipp for the cold/flu season.

I love that there is more then one bath full of this! This seems like a great product for fighting those colds. I think we might need to look into it soon since I think we are coming down with stuff
