Funny but completely dead-on, right? As much as I know I’m not ready for all three of my kids to be home during the Summer, I do know I’m just ready for the school year to be done. Bedtimes seem to be getting pushed later, breakfasts are more rushed to get out of the door on time, homework is being done in the car on the way to school, and the lunches? Well, let’s just say that #2 on that Buzzfeed list could pretty much be a picture from our kitchen!

I’ve found that I’m giving myself pep-talks in the morning, “come on, Stacey, just 13 more days of making school lunches!” Yes, I’m totally aware that I still need to feed my kids lunch even on Summer break, but it just feels different. So much more laissez-fiare.
