I have used several products from Carrington Farms and love them all. I use them on a daily bases now.
Carrington Farms sent me their organic milled flax seeds, organic extra virgin coconut oil and Carrington Farms new all-liquid flavorless and odorless coconut cooking oil. The cooking oil is almost gone we use it on/in everything that calls for oil. We seriously love it and will be getting more soon because it surely goes fast. That’s what I need, bigger bottle of it!
I use the organic extra virgin coconut oil in my smoothies every morning as well. I have also changed it up and added some of the milled flax seed to a smoothie and that was pretty tasty.
I have been on a green smoothie kick the past month and loving it. I wanted to share a recipe with you that I love. We shall call it Tropi-Nana!
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups water or coconut water, unsweetened
- 2 cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 tbls coconut oil
- 2 tbls milled flax seed
This will be 2 servings so you can have it as a meal or save some for later. Let me know if you try it!
Do I have your runing out to get some coconut oil yet? If not check out these other wonderful uses for it, there are so many but here are some that I use it for.

April 29, 2014 at 6:11 pmI absolutely adore coconut oil! I use it for everything. It is a staple at my house for health and beauty needs. I also cook with it. My favorite way to use coconut oil is to make popcorn – delicious! I have never heard of Carrington Farms, I will have to try their coconut oil.

April 29, 2014 at 9:58 amLove Coconut Oil! My mom used to put it in our hair as kids to motisurtize our scalp and get rid of any dandruff and flakes. It worked like a charm since my hair is always so nice and shiny and strong! I’ve started to do the same with my kids too.

April 27, 2014 at 9:44 pmI just took a tsp of coconut oil and rubbed over hands and cuticles. The greasiness lasts couple minutes, then dries and leaves hands smelling so good and moisturized. Haven’t seen this brand at my local store, but will look for it

April 27, 2014 at 10:03 pmThat’s WONDERFUL Olivia!! I agree it soaks up pretty quick when putting it on hands and face and stuff. Which is great! Yeah they have this at amazon.com and possibly Walmart. Used to have it at Costco…which I loved.
