I’ve mentioned before that our family gives up treats in January. We try to focus on getting back into the habit of eating for health. But it’s hard to go out to eat and keep it healthy. Especially those kids meals! There is one restaurant we’ve found where the whole menu is nutritious and there is not a fry to be found on that kids menu! We’ve been to CoreLife Eatery twice already this month and I’m looking forward to going back soon!
There are so many great menu options at CoreLife. My husband (who is nearing the end of his Whole30) loves the green bowls–lots of veggies and grilled steak. I love the broth bowls (like a super healthy soup). My son loves the grain bowls and my other two love the kids power plate (here is my son’s plate–steak, quinoa, edamame, mandarin oranges and corn). This is honestly the only restaurant I can think of that only has healthy options for kids. There is not a dessert in sight (unless you count their handcrafted delicious lemonades), no soda, no burgers and fries.
I uploaded the CoreLife app to make things super easy–I can pay with my app and also earn rewards for frequent dining. I can also order through the app so my food is ready when we get there. This is a huge bonus on those super busy nights. If you upload the app through this link, you will earn $5 toward your next purchase at CoreLife.
Do you have a CoreLife near you? If you’ve tried it, what do you love most? If you haven’t, what would love love to try?
