I’m so excited to share this challenge with our readers! As you know I have been doing my on personal challenge with my art, but I have also started another challenge with my health. The Summit 60 Challenge runs from January 1 through February 29th, but you can begin the program at any time. I wasn’t physically able to begin the challenge the first of January, but I’m glad to say that I have begun the challenge!
The Summit 60 Challenge’s plan is to complete 36 workouts in 60 days! The first month you are expected to complete four workouts a week and the second month five workouts a week. These workouts are not like any workouts I have done before I started P.volve. You will benefit from purchasing a few products such as an ankle band, p.mat and p.band. These workouts are designed around the specialized products to get the most out of your workouts.
Their Ankle Bands comes in two different resistance strengths of light and heavy designed to engage the hips, thighs, and glutes. This band helps lengthens and elongates the entire lower body and although the movements are little they work so much more than most workouts you are already doing. I am always amazed at the results after I have completed a p.volve workout.
The P.vovle exercise equipment is designed to enhance your workouts and even something as simple as the p.mat. It’s the perfect piece of equipment for floor exercises. . You always have the option to purchase the Summit 60 Kit and bundle your cost.
