Are you a newborn photographer? Do you love doing newborns? I do, I just love photographing these sweet little newborns as soon as 5 days old. They are so precious and I want to capture them in all their squishiness as soon as I can. The only problem I had was what to put them on to capture those most wanted photos. I used a plain old bean bag for a while and it just did not work well.
I am so glad to have found Pea Pod Props and her Newborn Baby posing beanbag. This beanbag is amazing and so helpful. You can mold and shape this to whatever you want. You can add more stuffing or have less if you prefer. I prefer mine to be on the fuller side. I loved being able to just move the beans around wherever I needed to so make a great pose for my newborn. It is made out of a heavy duty faux leather marine grade vinyl is resistant to picking and abrasion. The backing is 100% polyester filament that gives superior strength. It has outstanding resistance to stains, mildew and scuffing. It also meets California Flame Retardant rating.
The stitching (pictured above) is very sturdy and durable. This poser is NOT coming apart. It is made very well. It has a hidden zipper to use for filling the poser. That was task…but hilarious. I had it everywhere.
We all know babies can make a mess at any second. It was easy to keep my poser clean and disinfected. Just use a mild soap and water and a non-abrasive household cleaners may be used for tough stains. I wipe it down after every shoot and use lysol for quick disinfecting.
I am very pleased with my newborn poser and would recommend any photographer to get one of these. It is a must! Pea Pod Props also has some very cute headbands and other props that you will definitely love.
