preserving memories with made with love ceramic imprints :: review + coupon

imageChildren growing up is a double edged sword. While it is wonderful to be along as they experience all the new milestones as they grow it is also sad to see them no longer staying as small as they once were. Just this summer both my girls shot up half an inch in one month!

imageWith a little help from Made With Love Ceramic Imprints I am excited to have something precious to remember these small sizes. Most specifically, the tiny hands that fit into mine while we wander on adventures and cross the street.

While the idea of making ceramic imprints is something I’m familiar with I had never actually gone through the process before. Local friends have had various at-home or on location parties for print making, but those weren’t 3-D and I have never wanted to take my children along for such an event.

Made With Love Ceramic Imprints offers parents the opportunity to immortalize in clay the handprint, footprint, or pawprint (oh yes, you parents of fur babies aren’t left out) from home! Order the customized kit of your choice online, including ceramic print style, colors, embellishments, words, and ribbon color.

Made With Love Ceramic Imprints will then send you step-by-step instructions along with tips on creating a successful mold. After you’ve completed your mold, just return it to them with the including shipping materials. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was from start to finish.

imageOnce my molds made their way back to Made With Love Ceramic Imprints they then started the 7-8 week process of creating the ornaments I had selected. This may sounds like a long time, but it cannot be rushed. They use a top-quality ceramic process they use to make the imprints the wait is totally worth it when you see the finished product.

I have to mention that Made With Love Ceramic Imprints has a wonderful program where they give back with the Love Project and their “Child Warrior” program. Get your tissue handy because these programs are for children who are sick, terminally ill, or facing a life threatening condition. You can learn more about this amazing program HERE.

Sadly, I was one of those few and far between customers who has an imprint crack or break. A simple phone call and email and the great team at Made With Love Ceramic Imprints had started a replacement ornament for us. Their stellar customer service is a definite plus!

There are not enough good things I can say about Made With Love Ceramic Imprints and the quality of the ornaments I received as finished product. Our ornaments are stunning and one day will be a great reminder for me of the little hands I currently hold.

I want to get one of these for footprints and handprints of my 4 year old grandson. He started preschool this year and it seems like only yesterday his dad was starting preschool. This will make a great gift for parents, grandparents, and even great grandparents!
