When you live in a small, rural Southern town, finding Indian food isn’t always very easy. So over the past few years, I’ve toyed around with various recipes and techniques to create our favorite sauces and dishes. But, in my opinion, no Indian meal is complete with out rice. And not just any rice. Finding that perfect rice isn’t an easy feat either! But I recently got a chance to try
Authentic Royal Basmati Rice and it was not only perfectly flavored and fluffy, but it was simple to make! I loved how it was just ever-so-slightly sticky without being even a little mushy.
While I was doing a little research on the rice, I found out that Royal also offers jars of sauces! Guess what we’ll be having to eat tomorrow night?
And I almost forgot! I made my own naan using this super simple recipe from Real Life Dinner.
