There are so many things to enjoy during the month of December.
Being with family.
The first snowfalls, sledding, and snowmen.
Fires in the fireplace and warm cozy blankets.
And, being the food enthusiast that I am, the seasonal food gets me every time too 🙂
Please, please get into the kitchen with your family this month and enjoy some time together! Gather around the table and share, talk, and eat together. Create some new traditions, and make memories!
I hope you enjoy this great round up of recipes to try – and enjoy this Christmas season!
We’ll start with DRINKS! No Christmas is complete without EGGNOG!
And of course PEPPERMINT HOT COCOA next to the fireplace on Christmas Eve!
WASSAIL is a delicious drink you can enjoy throughout the season – but traditionally served on the winter solstice!
And let’s talk mealtime. Make some memories of a beautiful Christmas morning breakfast with this EGG BAKE CASSEROLE.
These PUMPKIN SCONES would make a great breakfast addition too!
You don’t have to be a fancy cook to make a great Christmas dinner that the whole family will love. Here are 2 methods to make a great BEEF ROAST – your family will love it!
If you like doing turkey or ham for your Christmas dinner, try this STUFFING – it is SO much better than the boxed stuff!
We obviously need to talk desserts too 🙂 No Christmas is complete without SUGAR COOKIES!
And lets top those cookies with great REAL FOOD COOKIE TOPPING options that aren’t gonna make the kiddos crazy!
APPLE PIE is my favorite Christmas dessert tradition.
Of course some do up the PUMPKIN PIE on Christmas too!
YOUR TURN!
Let me know what you are going to give a try!

December 3, 2013 at 9:57 pmI absolutely love this time of year! I totally agree with you. I love being in the kitchen with my kiddos. I love doing all the cut-out cookies. Some of my favorite memories from when I was a kid.
That peppermint hot coca is definitely something I could enjoy on a winter night. Thanks for sharing all those yummies

December 3, 2013 at 4:11 pmLast year I realized that many seasonal holiday foods are actually available year round. Like they sell stove top stuffing , cranberry sauce and turkey through out the year, but it seems many only eat it in November.
The apple pie looks amazing. Taste goods warmed and day after cold from the fridge and fork in hand.
