When I think of summer, I think of warm sunny days filled with fun actives, with a little bit of sunburn mixed in. We spend our summers at the lake swimming, boating, tubing and sunbathing. The sun is the best ‘pure’ way to get your daily does of vitamin D. Especially after being cooped up in the house during those cold winter months we love getting outside to enjoy the sun.
