When I think of the perfect time to play inside, winter immediately comes to mind. Living in Michigan, we do a lot inside in the winter. But on a very hot day last week, I took my kids and my niece to Rebounderz and I’ve now decided that summer is the best time to go!
First of all, it is really hot out! Too hot to play outside for very long. Inside Rebounderz is nice and cool–and full of tons of fun ways for kids to release some extra energy. And they will release extra energy! From trampolines to human foosball to dodgeball and basketball to slides and arcade games, there are so many ways to have fun at Rebounderz! I have been to one other trampoline center and I could not believe how much more is at Rebounderz! It is huge! I planned on staying an hour or two, but that turned into three and the kids were begging to stay even longer.
I love that Rebounderz is open all day in the summer! And there is a great lounge area for parents. So if your kids are old enough to play on their own, you can relax or get some work done while your kids are having a blast. Their longer summer hours make it easy to work around camp or work schedules and still have plenty of time to play.
And I can’t believe how much quieter it is in the summer! We spent a few hours playing and did not have to wait in lines! The kids could do anything they wanted for as long as they wanted. And I didn’t feel overwhelmed keeping track of four kids ranging in age from 3 to 14–even though they were often in four different areas! My youngest spent most of his time on the slide and bouncing pillow, but also loved trying out basketball. My 8 and 14-year-olds spent a lot of time in the foosball and dodgeball areas and my 10-year-old loved the extreme jump, the huge trampoline area and flipping in the foam pit. They can’t wait to go back and try out the Ninja Warrior course soon!
It’s hard for me to explain everything to do at Rebounderz, so I’m letting the pictures speak for themselves. While it was our first visit to Rebounderz, it will definitely not be our last. I’m already considering holding a birthday party there. They have themed party rooms that are perfect for any kid and there are a few different package options to fit your needs.
