I can’t believe it, but the time has come. I have had a wonderful partnership with Smooth Fitness over the last little while here. I have had fun sharing my elliptical with you all, sharing information on the brand itself and sharing fun posts that completely relate to working out with ellipticals and treadmills. Today is a little different as I’m going to share with you a few, in depth, portions of the CE 5.5 Elliptical Machine I received from Smooth Fitness.

Honestly, one of my favorite things about this machine is, while it is an elliptical machine and you expect it to take up a ton of space, it really doesn’t take up that much space! We have it on a diagonal in our basement and are able to move it in and out…no problem! See…

The controls are beyond easy to use. Not only the controls, but the work-out settings. With over 24 levels, there is something for everyone and every experience level!

There is a nice stand for either a book, magazine, an iPad or other smart device. Perfect for those long workouts! In addition, you can plug in your iPod, iPad or other smart device and let the music stream through the machine.

This elliptical talks with my heart rate monitor. Again, great for optimizing your workout. Have a good heart rate monitor to watch your zones so you can be in your fat burning zone, boo-yah!!

This is a great full body workout machine as you are working your legs, your arms with the handlebars as well as your core…because you have to hold yourself up y’all!!
