Did you just recently start a gluten free lifestyle? Yes, I did say lifestyle instead of diet, because that’s what it is right?
I recently started to pay close attention to foods and what is in them. Mostly with gluten, so I wanted to share with you this wonderful book I got to review.
It has truly been very helpful in finding gluten free foods. It is easier then reading every single label in the store. Although you still might have to read for other things. With this you can choose the food and find out where you can get it. Easy. You can find over 44,000 brand-name and store-brand gluten-free products at grocery stores across the U.S. They have a color-coded system that makes meal planning and finding your favorite foods a snap.
With brands like Kraft, Nestle, Heinz, and Wal-Mart’s Great Value, the guide is handy no matter where you do your grocery shopping. It lists products from regional store brands, national mega-chains, major national brands, and even small, dedicated gluten-free facilities. But, it’s still small enough to toss in your glove compartment or purse.
Whether you are doing a gluten free lifestyle or have celiac, I recommend this book!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
