The first sentence says it all…and I must say, our collection is that much closer TO being complete!!
It’s here, can you believe it! We saw previews months ago for the release of The Little Mermaid: Diamond Edition for the first time on blu-ray, in high definition… and ooohhhh eeee we were counting the days! We had a mishap with our ONLY copy of this highly treasured DVD in our home, and haven’t been able to watch it in a while. My girls just love The Little Mermaid, so to surprise them one day with a new blu-ray copy, they were ecstatic!! We finished up homework early that night and had a girls night to celebrate. Here, check out the trailer to see what we were so excited about too…
If you don’t know what The Little Mermaid is, I’d like to know what rock you have been hiding under? Ha! Just kidding, but really. The Little Mermaid is a treasure tale of a young, whimsical, CURIOUS little mermaid name Ariel, who finds her true love in a place she, and her father, never expected. It’s a journey of her finding out about a “whole new world” all the while her best friends are along side of her, Flounder the fish and Sebastian the crab. Lots of music, lots of good, fun action and even a love story twisted in there. It can’t be a Disney movie without a little suspense. The sea witch Ursula helps out with that…and then Ariel works to save her Father’s underwater kingdom!
You have to see it. You just have to!!
