After having my fourth child, I found there were a few items that I needed…no matter if I had to purchase smaller or larger. I just knew I needed them in my closet to wear at the drop of a hat. And today, I am sharing one of those with you.

You will probably recognize the company, prAna. I LOVE their clothing! It moves very well for this active Momma and last too. There’s something to say about investing in nice clothes, it saves money in the long run, for sure.

The Kara Jean is an essential for me. I received a couple pairs as gifts, prAna has sent me a couple, and now today, I’m sharing a newer pattern of the beloved pant with you all. If you aren’t a pattern girl, don’t worry, there are plenty of options. I love these pants with some flats for running around. I did size down to a 6 this time around, all the other pairs I have in my closet are 8’s. I went with their sizing suggestion chart to aid in making this sizing call. 🙂 It worked!

The second item I received was a wonderful denim-esque shirt, the Sutra Shirt. It can be worn open, like I have shown, or it can be buttoned as well. The model on prAna is wearing it with adorable, patterned shorts! I read the guidelines and fitting guide carefully so I knew what size to order. That’s the touch thing about ordering online, you just keep your fingers crossed that the sizing guide is accurate. For both of these items, the sizing guide was right on. With the Kara Jean, I already had a bit of sizing background, but the shirt, that was new territory. I took my measurements, and went with my gut and it was right.

Oh my WORD! There are SO many cute items on prAna.com right now. I would LOVE to wear colorful Hillary top, the fun Cleo Top, some Lizbeth capris (you HAVE to look at the cute detailing!!) {{or really ANY of the pants!!}} or even some of the Kara shorts! I mean, I’m already in love with the jeans, so I’m sure I’d love these too. And again, fun color options!

All in all, both of these items will be donning our Instagram for some #ootd’s this season and they will be revolving with many different options. Both are SO versatile!
