traveling with kids just got easier with brica :: review and giveaway

Entertaining and traveling typically never go in the same sentence when kids are involved.  Matter of fact, traveling with the kids is something my husband isn’t a fan of with our kids and the ages they are.  They are so active and sitting isn’t necessarily a “trait” of theirs. 🙂 So, when we do have to travel, we typically research out items that will help during the long trip.

We recently went to Disney, and the terror of bored kids struck both Mike and I.  I was then introduced to Brica and began researching out the options they have.  We had the opporutnity to bring the GoPal iPad Travel case with us for our 4 year old.  It was a lifesaver.  Not only does it effectively protect the iPad {that you always worry about when kids are holding}, but it gives the toddler something thick and hardy to hang on to.  It has a great little stand too that sets it up so you can see the game, video or whatever is on the iPad better. There are holes in the case so that you can still reach all the buttons, ports and cameras.

The other two items I received we have used a handful of times at home while running errands wit the kids.  The first was the brica phone pod.  It looks so simple and is so convenient.  You can clip it on to your stroller, then adjust the pod accordingly to fit your phone.  Voila! Done!

The last item I want to share with you is the By-My-Side Safety Harness Backpack.  This has been fun for our almost 2 year old to play with.  However, the best part about this is that when we are out, it has a harness that you can use to keep track of your child.  I’m not a “leashing” type parent, but the idea of this is great because of the accessibility of it!  You can or do not have to use it.  When we are out with a lot of people, I would definitely opt to use it if she was walking around.

If you haven’t looked in to Brica yet, I highly recommend their line.  There are SO many options, there has to be something that you need.  And the prices points, as you will see below, are pretty great.  I think it’s simply fantastic and will be searching on their site often!
