The 4 flavors are Sriracha, Original Flavorless/Odorless, Rosemary and Garlic. As a great alternative to traditional oils such as vegetable, olive, canola, and corn oil, Liquid Coconut Cooking Oil retains all the benefits of traditional coconut oil but does not have the flavor or odor of coconuts. It’s naturally rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) which is efficiently utilized by the body for energy production and helps aid in calorie burning and contains 4 x more MCT’s than traditional virgin coconut oil.  My boyfriend is loving the garlic and sriracha flavors.  He loves spicy things so it is perfect.

We seriously go through this oil really quickly. We put it in so many things.  We mostly use it for frying up our vegetables and baking.  One product I was excited about is the little packets of coconut oil.  How awesome is that?  I love that I can take it to work and fix my breakfast, typically oatmeal, and add this to it along with adding the flax hemp paks.  My kids don’t know it but I added the flax to their pancakes.  They never said a word, except that they loved it.

There are so many benefits to using coconut oil.  If you haven’t research them, you definitely should.

Do you use coconut oil?  What is your favorite way to use it?  Now, that you know about these flavors would you use them?

Visited and learned Most of the oil in flax seeds is alpha linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is an Omega-3 which is a precursor to the fatty acids found in salmon and other fatty cold-water fish (called EPA and DHA). Because not everyone is able to easily convert ALA into EPA and (especially) DHA, it is best not to rely solely on flax for your Omega-3 intake, but ALA also has good effects of its own, and definitely helps in the Omega 3/6 balance.
