Having two little ones has opened my eyes to so many little things that I never really used to think about at all. My husband and I have always tried to eat good foods, and take care of ourselves through exercise and good habits, but it wasn’t until we had kids that I realized how many different products and foods had so many different chemicals in them. With all the information out there about this, I do my best to read what I can to be informed, but I’ve also done my best to be pretty balanced in my approach to this.
