A little background about the show if you haven’t tuned in quite yet. A team of brothers, Martin and Chris, are the main characters. The show starts and ends with the Kratt brothers and real animals, but in the middle, the brothers are animated and travel around the globe to visit animals in their natural habitats. There are rescues, villains and enough comedy that I know I’ll catch my kids giggling a few times in every episode. And I love that the kids are actually learning about real animals and habitats.
The newest DVD, Wild Kratts Adventures of the African Savannah, features two episodes–The Food Chain Game and Creature Power Challenge. Kids will learn follow Chris and Martin through the food chain and then explore the powers of elephants and rhinos and determine which one is stronger! Great episodes (and a better prices tag with a SRP of $6.99)!
Wild Kratts DVDs are a staple for our road trips. We need a show appropriate for each of our kids (kindergarten through 7th grade) that will still please everyone. We’ve stocked up on several and love them all!
